The draft communiqu\u00e9 of the Coalition of the Willing meeting in Paris states that the United States will help ensure a ceasefire in Ukraine through intelligence and logistics.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> “Suspilne”.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, the draft document indicates that coordinated military planning was carried out to prepare measures to ensure security in the air, at sea, and on land and to restore the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWe confirmed that these security measures must be strictly implemented at Ukraine\u2019s request after a credible cessation of hostilities,\u201d the communiqu\u00e9 said.<\/span><\/p>\n

Europe will monitor compliance, and non-European members of the Coalition of the Willing, including the United States, will also join the monitoring.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, monitoring and verifying the status of the ceasefire is the responsibility of the United States.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cA system of continuous and reliable monitoring of the ceasefire will be established. It will be led by the United States with the participation of the international community, including members of the Coalition of the Willing. The Coalition of the Willing will also be represented in the Special Commission, which will be established to consider any violations, determine responsibility, and establish measures to correct the situation,\u201d the draft document states.<\/span><\/p>\n

The publication emphasizes that this is a preliminary version of the communiqu\u00e9, and its text may be subject to change.<\/span><\/p>\n
