At the same time, Russia&#8217;s lack of resources to support Havana deprives the regime of its last guarantees of stability.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, according to Taran, the Russian leadership did not expect a daring operation by the United States to capture Nicolas Maduro, and the silence of Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin indicates deep shock and the inability of the Russian special services to foresee such a scenario.<\/p>\n<p> The loss of the Venezuelan bridgehead means not only a geopolitical defeat for Moscow, but also serious economic risks due to a possible collapse in energy prices, the political scientist added.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Putin has nothing to say yet, because I think he is really confused by this situation.
