Ukrainian journalist Denis Bezlyudko, who headed the news outlets Ukrainski Novyny and RBC-Ukraine at various times, has died.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The tragic news was reported by<\/a> his wife Lesya Kazachinskaya on January 7.<\/p>\n

According to her, the tragedy happened suddenly. Denis Bezlyudko failed to return from his morning jog.<\/p>\n

“It is with incredible pain that I must report that my husband has passed away. Unpredictably and suddenly. We are all mortal. And mortal suddenly. The war only heightened this understanding,” she wrote, thanking her family and friends for their support.<\/p>\n

The family will announce the date and location of the funeral service later. In the comments to the Facebook post, the wife also posted details for financial support for the family.<\/p>\n

Denys Bezlyudko graduated from the Vadym Hetman Kyiv National University of Economics in 1998 and the DFJ School of Digital Journalism at the Kyiv-Mohyla Academy in 2009. He subsequently taught journalism at NaUKMA as a visiting lecturer.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Since 2000, Bezlyudko has worked in economic media, heading the Ukrainian News news agency for over ten years, and from 2015 to 2016, he headed the RBC-Ukraine publication. Since 2021, he has been the chairman of the board of the Presszvanie journalism competition. <\/p>\n
