The President of Ukraine appointed new heads of the Chernivtsi, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, and Vinnytsia regional state administrations.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The relevant decrees were published<\/a> on the website of the head of state.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed decrees on personnel changes in the leadership of regional state administrations in four regions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration was headed by Natalia Zabolotna. She has been acting as the head of the regional administration since June 2024.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Oleksandr Ganzha was appointed Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration. For the past two years, he has headed the Main Directorate of the National Police in the Dnipropetrovsk region.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Chernivtsi Regional State Administration was headed by Ruslan Osypenko, a third-rank police general. Previously, he headed the Shevchenkivskyi District Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Kyiv, held the position of Deputy Chief of Police of the Cherkasy Region – Chief of Criminal Police, in 2021 he served as the Chief of Police of the Kherson Region, and later headed the police of the Donetsk Region.<\/p>\n

Vitaliy Dyakivnich became the head of the Poltava Regional State Administration. From December 2016 to March 2021, he worked as the head of the Dykansk Regional State Administration. In June 2021, he was appointed first deputy head of the Myrhorod Regional State Administration, and since January 2023, he has headed this administration. Dyakivnich is also a deputy of the Dykansk Village Council and heads the faction of the Servant of the People party.<\/p>\n

Earlier it was reported that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is considering possible candidates for the position of head of the Foreign Intelligence Service<\/a> . Among the potential candidates are former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba, head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Malyuk, and Azov commander Andriy Biletsky.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy dismissed Serhiy Deinek from the post of Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine. The temporary performance of the duties of the Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine was entrusted to First Deputy Valery Vavrynyuk.<\/a><\/p>\n
