In the Kyiv region, delays for individual passenger trains have been recorded due to damage to the overhead contact network and power outages.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The press service of Ukrzaliznytsia<\/a> reported this.<\/p>\n

Currently, train service is being carried out using backup diesel locomotives. Delays affect trains No. 743\/744 Slavske \u2013 Darnytsia, No. 21\/22 Kharkiv \u2013 Lviv, No. 15\/16 Vorokhta \u2013 Kharkiv, and No. 79\/80 Lviv \u2013 Dnipro.<\/p>\n

Ukrzaliznytsia noted that the remaining trains scheduled to travel through the damaged section are operating on modified routes with controlled deviations from the schedule.<\/p>\n

Incidentally, on the night of January 9, Kyiv was subjected to a massive combined attack by enemy drones<\/a> , damaging residential buildings and infrastructure in several districts of the city. According to official reports, four people were killed, and dozens more residents and emergency services workers were injured.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Russia shelled the Dnipropetrovsk and Zaporizhia regions<\/a> . The prolonged and massive attack resulted in emergency power outages.
