The basis of the changes was the electronic register of conscripts “Oberig”, which allows working with data without direct contact with citizens.

This is reported by “Time for Action” .

The Ministry of Defense is increasingly emphasizing that the future of mobilization processes is associated with automation and the use of state registers, rather than street checks. Currently, the massive presence of CCC employees on the streets is explained by the lack of up-to-date data on those liable for military service.

After the full launch and filling of the electronic registry “Oberig”, the situation, according to the publication, has changed significantly. The state has gained access to information from tax authorities, migration services, civil registry offices, and other registers.

Thanks to this, territorial recruitment centers can see a person’s place of work, residence, and contact details without having to stop them at checkpoints or in public places.

“Instead of wasting resources on patrolling, employees of procurement centers focus on analytical work with registers,” experts believe.

The digital format does not imply the abolition of mobilization or its mitigation. According to experts, control becomes less visually noticeable, but more systematic.

The system allows for the identification of citizens who have not updated their data or who ignore calls. In case of violation of military registration rules, mechanisms for bringing to justice, including fines or restrictions, can be launched remotely without personal contact with representatives of the CCC.

It is also noted that the abandonment of the practice of forceful detentions on the streets should reduce social tension and the number of conflict situations. Digitalization transfers mobilization processes to the legal plane with electronic control and automatic liability for violations.

It was previously reported that the Vinnytsia Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support provided an official explanation regarding the delivery of summonses by persons in civilian clothes . The department emphasized that such actions are permitted only by officials designated by the structures.

We would like to add that all men aged 25 to 60 who were not registered with the military and did not use the “Reserve+” application were automatically added to the Unified Register of Conscripts “Oberig” . Now they may receive fines for violating registration rules.

By the way, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine announced the government’s decision to simplify military registration . Now young men will be able to register remotely via an application, and men aged 25 to 60 who have not been registered without legal grounds will be registered automatically.

Note that MP Roman Kostenko previously reported that Ukraine is mobilizing only half of what is needed to fully man combat brigades and create reserves. This is enough to maintain the front at the current pace.

Also follow “Pryamim” on Facebook , Twitter , Telegram , and Instagram .

In Ukraine, the mobilization system is gradually moving from physical checks on the streets to digital control.
