Yes, at the &#8220;minimum&#8221;. According to the National Guard, the Charter search and strike group together with the Kupyansk tactical group are completing the clearing of the city after a successful operation to unblock it.<\/p>\n<p> In early January, it was reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zalyshylos-menshe-sotni-soldativ-kup-iansk-mayzhe-povnistiu-ochyshchenyy-vid-rosiyskykh-viysk\/\">the final phase of the operation to clear the city<\/a> of Russian troops was underway in Kupyansk, with fewer than a hundred soldiers remaining.
