US President Donald Trump has expressed support for Iranians participating in the protests that have erupted in the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He wrote about this on his social network Truth Social.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cPatriots of Iran, continue to protest, seize your institutions,\u201d he urged.<\/span><\/p>\n

The US president said he had canceled all meetings with Iranian officials and stressed that aid for the protesters was on the way.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cWrite down the names of the murderers and rapists. They will pay a high price,\u201d he added.<\/span><\/p>\n

As<\/span> Reuters notes<\/span><\/a> , about 2,000 people have already died in Iran. According to the American human rights group HRANA, 1,850 of them were identified protesters.<\/span><\/p>\n

As is known,a wave of mass protests has erupted in Iran, caused by the rapid fall of the national currency and the worsening economic crisis<\/a> . Against the backdrop of the collapse of the Iranian rial, the ayatollah regime is increasingly losing control of the situation, which is causing open resistance in various regions of the country.<\/p>\n
