{"id":1344786,"date":"2026-01-15T14:00:12","date_gmt":"2026-01-15T12:00:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/lyovochkins-ex-wife-filed-a-police-report-against-him\/"},"modified":"2026-01-15T14:00:12","modified_gmt":"2026-01-15T12:00:12","slug":"lyovochkins-ex-wife-filed-a-police-report-against-him","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/lyovochkins-ex-wife-filed-a-police-report-against-him\/","title":{"rendered":"Lyovochkin&#8217;s ex-wife filed a police report against him"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>The ex-wife of the MP of the Ukrainian People&#8217;s Party of Ukraine Serhiy Lyovochkin, artist Zinaida Kubar (Likhacheva), stated that she had filed a complaint against him with the police under several articles.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This became known from a woman&#8217;s post on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/zinaida.art\/posts\/pfbid0xFvcd68zUFsPv7Yqok4zQLUgBRQNw9XwiHW2MNiNoiFm83ofiWfafEZpCQUjGtYgl\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> The politician accused Kubar of violating privacy, domestic violence, and forcing her to &#8220;reunite the family.&#8221; The filed statements relate to:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Article 151-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, coercion to &#8220;restore the family&#8221;, which is expressed in psychological terror, surveillance, threats and criminal pressure on my husband<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Article 126-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, domestic violence. &#8220;During our cohabitation, Serhiy used force against me, as confirmed by doctors and recorded by the national police (who, of course, did not want to open a case at the time),&#8221; the artist said.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Article 182 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, violation of privacy. &#8220;Serhiy allowed himself the unheard of: he sent intimate videos, made without my permission during our past cohabitation, to my current husband. This is incredible vileness. I can&#8217;t imagine how a normal person would do this,&#8221; said Kubar.<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Article 289 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. &#8220;This is about the theft of my car &#8211; apparently, with the aim of demonstrating my extreme vulnerability and Serhiy&#8217;s readiness for any criminal measures to scare me,&#8221; stressed Lyovochkin&#8217;s ex-wife.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Lyovochkina&#8217;s ex claims that until recently &#8220;she didn&#8217;t want to air out &#8216;dirty laundry&#8217; and hoped that everything between us was in the past.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Serhiy doesn&#8217;t think so. He believes that I am his property, and he is the almighty master of fate. And so far he is right: in Ukraine, figures like Serhiy feel very good and have no borders. Therefore, for me this is a desperate step that could cost me my health and even my life. But I am not afraid,&#8221; she said.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, Kubar claims that the politician is involved in the transfer of her current lover to another military unit, which is located in Odessa. &#8220;Sergei Lyovochkin is still succeeding in his plan. My husband was sent to another military unit, which is located in Odessa. What will happen to him next, I do not know. Unfortunately, the publicity of the situation did not lead to a reaction from the leadership of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, which signed this paid order. The consequences could be terrible. Therefore, I decided to follow the legal path and tell everything,&#8221; she says.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/po-dvi-tysiachi-hryven-za-sotku-arma-prodala-skandalnomu-nardepu-lovochkinu-460-hektariv-zemli-v-karpatakh\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">on January 8, the Asset Management and Search Agency (ARMA)<\/a> sold 460 hectares of land in the Borzhava Valley in the Transcarpathian region for 89.5 million hryvnias.
