Finland is preparing a new military assistance package for Ukraine, its cost will reach almost 100 million euros.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> “European Truth” with reference to the country’s Ministry of Defense.<\/span><\/p>\n

The decision to provide military support to Ukraine, worth about 98 million euros, was made by Finnish President Alexander Stubb after a submission from the government.<\/span><\/p>\n

The head of the Defense Ministry, Antti H\u00e4kkinen, assured that the 31st aid package will be formed in an accelerated manner to cover the most urgent needs.<\/span><\/p>\n

He added that this year a procurement program for the Defense Forces from the Finnish defense-industrial complex will be implemented.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cFinland continues to support Ukraine with defense materials, as this is the most effective way to contribute to achieving a just peace,\u201d the minister said.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, details regarding the contents of the aid package, the timing, and methods of delivery were not disclosed.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recall, in October 2025, Finland announced the provision of another, 30th package of defense assistance to Ukraine<\/a> .<\/p>\n

By the way, Finland has officially joined the Tallinn Mechanism<\/a> , becoming the thirteenth participating state in the international initiative that supports Ukraine in strengthening cyber defense and digital resilience in the face of Russian aggression.<\/p>\n
