The restrictions include the Russian Paralympic Committee, the Russian Esports Federation, and a number of individuals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported <a href=\"https:\/\/www.president.gov.ua\/documents\/602026-58081\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">by the press service<\/a> of the President&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p> The document puts into effect the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine dated January 17, 2026 &#8220;On the Application of Personal Special Economic and Other Restrictive Measures.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> The decision states that the sanctions were imposed for a period of 10 years.<\/p>\n<p> The following were restricted:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Russian Paralympic Committee;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Russian Computer Sports Federation;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Bukin Yakov Sergeevich;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Rozhkov Pavel Alekseevich;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Smith Dmitry Vyacheslavovich.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> &#8220;Control over the implementation of the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, put into effect by this Decree, shall be entrusted to the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine,&#8221; the document states.<\/p>\n<p> The sanctions include the freezing of assets, the cancellation of agreements and contracts, a ban on visiting Ukraine, the termination of permits and licenses, and the deprivation of Ukrainian state awards.<\/p>\n<p> By the way, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree on the implementation of the NSDC decision to <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraina-zaprovadyla-sanktsii-proty-rosiyskoho-vpk-ta-promyslovosti\/\">impose sanctions against 95 individuals and 70 legal entities<\/a> .
