The relevant documents are scheduled to be finalized by mid-February and submitted to parliament for consideration.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"316\" data-end=\"421\"> Moldovan Foreign Minister Mihai Pop\u0219oi stated this on Radio Moldova, NewsMaker reports.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"423\" data-end=\"714\"> According to the Foreign Minister, following the denunciation of the three fundamental documents that underlie CIS membership, Moldova will legally cease to be part of the organization. These are the CIS Charter of January 22, 1993, the Agreement on the Establishment of the CIS of December 8, 1991, and its Appendix of December 22, 1991.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"716\" data-end=\"857\"> &#8220;By mid-February, we will likely complete all government procedures, after which our parliamentary colleagues will have to make a decision,&#8221; Popshoi noted.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"1091\"> He clarified that Moldova has signed approximately 283 agreements within the CIS. Of these, 71 have already been denounced, and approximately 60 more are in the process of being denounced. However, a significant portion of these documents are outdated and effectively not implemented.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1093\" data-end=\"1234\"> The Minister emphasized that Chisinau will not abandon agreements that bring economic benefits and do not contradict the state&#8217;s European course.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1236\" data-end=\"1465\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> &#8220;If the agreements don&#8217;t conflict with our membership in the European Union and provide certain benefits, there&#8217;s no reason to denounce them.
