Emergency recovery operations are being carried out where safety permits.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"516\" data-end=\"781\"> Due to preliminary massive damage to the power grid, measures to limit electricity consumption are being implemented in all regions. This includes hourly outages and power restrictions for industrial facilities. Emergency shutdowns are in effect in some regions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"783\" data-end=\"963\"> As of 9:30 a.m. on January 21, electricity consumption was 4.5% higher than the same time the previous day. Ukrenergo attributes this to the easing of restrictions in some regions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"965\" data-end=\"1084\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> At the same time, on January 20, the daily maximum consumption occurred in the morning hours and was 5.8% lower than on Monday, January 19.<\/p>\n<div class=\"full-post__content font-rules\">\n<p> As a reminder, the critical situation in Kyiv continues due to Russian attacks: according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/kyiv-u-kryzi-600-tysiach-liudey-vyikhaly-pislia-atak-rosii\/\">approximately 600,000 residents fled the capital following the January 9 attacks<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> As is known, after the Russian attack on Kyiv on January 20, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nichna-ataka-rosii-znovu-paralizuvala-stolytsiu-tysiachi-budynkiv-bez-tepla\/\">more than 5,600 multi-story buildings were left without heat<\/a> .
