All attempts to correct the situation they have brought themselves into are not leading to any particular effect,&#8221; Tregubov assured.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He added that it will be difficult for the Russian occupiers to regain control of the lost positions.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> Earlier, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukrainskyy-prapor-nad-kup-ianskom-detali-operatsii\/\">units of the Charter brigade established control over the Kupyansk city council building<\/a> .
