On Tuesday, January 22, at 10:50 p.m., Russian troops shelled the village of Cherkaske in the Kramatorsk district. The target was a private sector hit by a Geran-2 drone.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office.<\/p>\n

The attack killed four civilians, including a 32-year-old man and his 5-year-old son, as well as two neighbors. Five other people were injured, including three children aged 12, 14 and 16, as well as the dead boy’s mother and a 34-year-old woman.<\/p>\n

Doctors recorded blast injuries, burns, and abrasions in the victims, with the condition of three assessed as serious and two as moderate. <\/p>\n

Two residential buildings were destroyed as a result of the shelling. The victims were in their own homes at the time of the attack. <\/p>\n
