The project is designed for 2 years and provides for the full digitalization of the main stages of labor relations.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kmu.gov.ua\/news\/tsyfrovizatsiia-rynku-pratsi-uriad-zapustyv-eksperymentalnyi-proekt-iz-elektronnoho-pratsevlashtuvannia-v-systemi-obrii\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> The pilot project involves creating a single digital environment for employers and able-bodied individuals, within which all key employment processes will be carried out online through the portal and mobile application &#8220;Diya&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p> In the &#8220;Obriy&#8221; system, participants will be able to complete the main stages of employment relations, including:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> job search;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> personnel selection;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> conclusion and termination of an employment contract;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> maintaining an employee&#8217;s personal file.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Every able-bodied person will receive a digital profile &#8220;Obriy&#8221; ID with a list of qualifications and skills formed according to European ESCO standards. The system will provide access to vacancies, including using artificial intelligence, forming a list of offers by the level of compliance with the requirements of a specific position &#8211; from full compatibility to 51%.<\/p>\n<p> In case of a lower level of compliance, the system will identify qualifications that need improvement and offer training. Also, through the &#8220;Obriy&#8221; ID, users will be able to send employers feedback on vacancies, provide information about themselves, and sign electronic personnel documents.<\/p>\n<p> Employers, for their part, will receive tools for managing credentials, processing a list of candidates generated by the system based on the level of matching experience and qualifications, as well as the ability to invite candidates for interviews.<\/p>\n<p> The single digital system also provides for the creation of registers of able-bodied persons and workplaces, as well as access to analytical tools for monitoring the state and dynamics of the labor market, labor supply and demand.<\/p>\n<p> Participation in the pilot project is voluntary for both employers and employees.
