Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha responded to the massive Russian attack on Ukraine, emphasizing that Vladimir Putin gave the order for the strike during trilateral talks in the UAE, mediated by the United States.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs published a corresponding statement on the social network X.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to him, for Ukrainians, peace efforts and diplomacy have turned into another night of Russian terror.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

“Cynically, Putin ordered a brutal, massive missile strike on Ukraine precisely when delegations were meeting in Abu Dhabi to advance the US-led peace process. His missiles struck not only our people but also the negotiating table itself,” Sybiga stated.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The minister emphasized that this attack once again proves that Putin’s place is not at the peace negotiating table, but in the dock of a special tribunal.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Sybiha also thanked the Ukrainian air defense for its high performance, the energy sector for restoring damaged infrastructure, and international partners for additional interceptors and energy assistance. He also thanked the participants of the #WarmthForUkraine volunteer initiative, which is raising funds for urgent support for Ukraine. <\/p>\n

As a reminder, on the night of January 24, Russian troops attacked<\/a> Kyiv with drones. As of this morning, one person was killed and four were injured.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the Cabinet of Ministers introduced additional support programs for small and medium-sized businesses in the context of the energy emergency caused by Russian shelling.<\/a><\/p>\n

As a reminder, energy, utilities, and transport infrastructure workers involved in emergency recovery efforts will receive an additional 20,000 hryvnias in salary from the state.<\/a> <\/p>\n
