Minister Mikhail Fedorov announced the involvement of Sergey Beskrestnov, call sign “Flash”, to the team of advisors on technological areas of defense. The main focus of the cooperation is to strengthen electronic warfare, communications, and countering enemy drones at the front.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the minister, in modern technological warfare, it is critically important to understand the direction of innovation development, anticipate enemy actions, and create solutions that can influence the situation on the battlefield. That is why the team involves specialists who have already proven their effectiveness in real combat conditions.<\/p>\n

\u201cSergey Beskrestnov is my advisor on technological areas of defense. He is one of the strongest practical experts in the field of drones, electronic warfare, and analysis of enemy decisions,\u201d said Mikhail Fedorov.<\/p>\n

The minister noted that since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Sergei Beskrestnov has been working directly at the front and conducting training for the military in the hottest spots. His key expertise includes radio communications, electronic warfare systems and intelligence, as well as analysis of technological solutions of the Russian troops.<\/p>\n

\u201cHe was the first to talk about the Russians\u2019 use of FPV drones with machine vision and jet fighters,\u201d Mikhail Fedorov emphasized.<\/p>\n

According to him, the main focus of the advisor’s work is currently on creating systemic solutions against Russian strike and reconnaissance drones in order to reduce the effectiveness of enemy attacks and strengthen the defense of the Ukrainian military.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe development of electronic warfare is critically important \u2014 the one who adapts faster will win the war,\u201d the minister emphasized.<\/p>\n

In addition, Serhiy Beskrestnov will work on other technological areas of defense, in particular, with the analysis of captured enemy equipment and expert assessment of new military developments focused on practical application in combat conditions.<\/p>\n

Mykhailo Fedorov noted that modern warfare is based on technology, speed of decision-making, and a systemic approach, so strengthening the team of advisors is part of a long-term strategy to increase Ukraine’s defense capabilities.<\/p>\n

At the same time, Serhiy Beskrestnov himself also announced<\/a> his joining the Ministry of Defense team. He noted that he is convinced of the importance of technological development in the conditions of a full-scale war.<\/p>\n

Flash expressed confidence in the potential of the team he has joined. According to him, he has constant contact with the military and is well aware of the real problems of the army. He also emphasized that he receives a lot of information directly from the front lines.<\/p>\n

“I have been working with all departments and structures through horizontal connections for a long time. My circle of contacts is the smartest and most intelligent people in the country, both among the military and security forces, and among developers and manufacturers,” he wrote.<\/p>\n

At the same time, he admitted that he had previously lacked an effective response from the military leadership.<\/p>\n

“What did I lack? A quick and effective response from the country’s military leadership to my proposals, ideas, and concerns. All this time, in many technological areas, we were not ahead of the enemy, but were trailing behind him. Bureaucracy, indifference, lobbying for someone’s interests prevented us from developing dynamically. Of course, the entire system will resist changes and it will be difficult for us,” the advisor to the Minister of Defense concluded.<\/p>\n
