The previous evening, Russian occupation forces fired several missiles at an energy facility in Kharkiv.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Igor Terekhov, the mayor of the city, said this during the telethon.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Yesterday, the enemy struck a very serious blow to an energy facility \u2014 three missiles were hit. As a result, there was a certain power outage,” he said.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, the situation in Kharkiv remains difficult. Currently, both planned and emergency power outage schedules are in effect in the city. In total, about 40% of Kharkiv residents remain without electricity.<\/span><\/p>\n

As Terekhov noted, the energy system “cannot withstand” the heavy load on the network, and fires were recorded in Kharkiv.<\/span><\/p>\n

Volunteers and utilities worked day and night, eliminating the consequences of the Russian attack.<\/span><\/p>\n

As previously reported, Russian forces have repeatedly attacked an energy facility in Odessa<\/a> , causing significant damage to infrastructure. The city is at risk of prolonged power outages.<\/p>\n
