Intense fighting has been taking place along the entire front line over the past 24 hours. Russian troops have been actively using aviation, artillery, and drones. A total of 105 clashes have been recorded, with the most tense situation remaining in the east and south of the country.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on January 28.<\/p>\n

According to updated information, yesterday the invaders carried out 92 air strikes and dropped 275 guided bombs on the territory of Ukraine. In addition, they used 7,915 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,903 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including 61 from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out air strikes with guided bombs on settlements, in particular Velykymykhailivka, Orly in the Dnipropetrovsk region; Zirnytsia, Zaliznychne, Verkhnya Tersa, Nizhenka, Rozivka, Vozdvizhivka, Charivne, Odarivka, Tavriyske, Zhovta Krucha in the Zaporizhia region.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, missile troops and artillery of the Defense Forces have struck three areas of concentration of personnel and four enemy command posts.<\/p>\n

In the North Slobozhansk<\/strong> and Kursk<\/strong> directions over the past day, the enemy carried out 77 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansky<\/strong> direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units three times in the areas of the settlements of Prylipka and Vovchanski Khutory.<\/p>\n

Three attacks by the invaders took place in the Kupyansk<\/strong> direction yesterday. The defense forces repelled the enemy’s assault actions in the direction of Kupyansk and Petropavlivka.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked four times, trying to advance in the areas of the settlements of Drobysheve, Torske, and towards Novosergiyevka.<\/p>\n

In the Slavyansk<\/strong> direction, near the settlement of Fedorivka and towards Platonovka, the enemy attacked the positions of our troops three times.<\/p>\n

In the Kramatorsk<\/strong> direction, one clash was recorded in the direction of Bondarne.<\/p>\n

In the Kostyantynivka<\/strong> direction, the enemy carried out 11 attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Kleban-Byk, Shcherbynivka, Sofiivka and towards Stepanivka and Novopavlivka.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk<\/strong> direction, our defenders stopped 32 assault and offensive actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Pokrovsk, Rodynske, Kotlyne, Udachne, Molodetske and towards Filia, Bilytskyi, and Hryshynye.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka<\/strong> direction, the enemy attacked our positions six times in the areas of Verbove, Zlagoda, and towards Novy Zaporizhzhia.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipol<\/strong> direction, the enemy tried 22 times to advance on the positions of our defenders in the areas of the settlements of Solodke, Hulyaipol, Dorozhnyanka and towards Dobropillya and Zeleny.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv<\/strong> direction, our defenders repelled one attack in the Plavni area.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, the enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to advance in the Dnieper<\/strong> direction.<\/p>\n

No signs of the formation of offensive groups of the aggressor were detected in the Volyn<\/strong> and Polissya<\/strong> directions.<\/p>\n
