The founder of the \u201cKRAKEN\u201d division, Konstantin Nemichev, suggested that an \u201cenergy truce\u201d had begun between Ukraine and Russia.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He wrote<\/span><\/a> about this<\/span> in Telegram.<\/span><\/p>\n

“It looks like an energy truce is in effect on both sides. Let’s see how they will implement it,” his message said.<\/span><\/p>\n

To his post, Nemichev attached a photo that was being distributed by Russian military groups, showing the terms of the truce.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, it is prohibited to attack any objects in the Kyiv region and the capital, as well as to strike any infrastructure facilities throughout Ukraine.<\/span><\/p>\n

However, none of the parties has announced the start of an “energy truce,” so the statements are unofficial.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was previously reported that the US and Ukraine are discussing the possibility of offering Russia a limited “energy truce”<\/a> , which would involve a cessation of attacks on energy infrastructure on both sides.<\/p>\n
