The security service exposed a military man who was preparing an air attack on Ukrainian units operating naval drones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by the press service of the SBU.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Russian agent turned out to be a serviceman from the Ukrainian Navy’s special-purpose unmanned aerial vehicle brigade.<\/span><\/p>\n

His list of tasks included transmitting the geolocation of military bases operating naval drones, as well as the coordinates of the storage of unmanned boats and their movement routes.<\/span><\/p>\n

The enemy’s main target was the SBU and the Ministry of Defense’s GUR naval drones under the code names \u201cSea Baby\u201d and \u201cMagura\u201d.<\/span><\/p>\n

“SBU employees worked proactively: they exposed the informant in advance, documented his crimes, and detained him while he was preparing coordinates for a<\/span> Russian missile attack. Simultaneously, the Security Service took measures to secure Defense Forces locations in the zone of enemy reconnaissance activity,” the report says.<\/span><\/p>\n

As it turned out, the man came into the field of view of enemy special services through acquaintances, one of whom later acted as a liaison to obtain classified information about Ukrainian defenders.<\/span><\/p>\n

The suspect has already been detained. During the searches, a phone was found on him that contained secret information and through which he contacted his “acquaintance.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“Krot” was informed of suspicion of unauthorized dissemination of information about the deployment of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations, committed under martial law.<\/span><\/p>\n

The possibility of additional qualification of his criminal actions is currently being considered. The investigation to bring all those involved in the crime to justice is ongoing.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, the Security Service of Ukraine detained an FSB saboteur in the Odessa region<\/a> , who was helping Russian troops prepare strikes on Defense Forces facilities.<\/p>\n
