These are TV presenters and journalists who systematically support Russia&#8217;s war against Ukraine.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"428\" data-end=\"461\"> This <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/PDF\/?uri=OJ:L_202600259\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is stated<\/a> in the EU Council decision.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"463\" data-end=\"704\"> The sanctions list includes TV presenters Ekaterina Andreeva and Maria Sittel, sports commentator Dmitry Guberniev, and journalist Pavlo Zarubin.
