At around 8:15 on January 29, a traffic accident involving a school bus and a Skoda Fabia passenger car occurred in the village of Zagorodya, Vyshnivetsky community, Ternopil region. As a result of the collision, a passenger in the passenger car, born in 1961, was injured and was hospitalized.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the press service of the National Police.<\/p>\n

According to investigators, the bus driver drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with a Skoda Fabia. Blood samples were taken from the drivers to test for alcohol content. Criminal proceedings have been opened under Part 1 of Article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Another car accident occurred in Ternopil on Hrushevskoho Street. The driver of an Audi A6, while reversing in a yard, hit a Ternopil woman born in 1953 who was crossing the road outside the pedestrian crossing. The man called an ambulance and reported the incident to the “102” hotline.<\/p>\n

Investigators are currently establishing all the circumstances of both accidents and interviewing witnesses. Both cases have been classified as accidents with victims, in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

By the way, on January 17, a regular bus traveling from Vienna to Kyiv was involved in a traffic accident on the Kyiv-Chop highway near the village of Lyubintsy<\/a> .<\/p>\n

We would like to remind you that on January 4, a traffic accident involving 2 cars occurred<\/a> in the Zolochiv district of Lviv region. As a result of the collision, 4 people were injured, including 11-year-old and 17-year-old boys.<\/p>\n
