They were found guilty of systematically receiving illegal benefits for facilitating the unhindered crossing of the state border.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/sap_gov_ua\/3616\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the press service of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that the court partially satisfied the petition and applied a preventive measure in the form of a bail of UAH 10 million to the former head of the State Border Service of Ukraine. For its part, the Anti-Corruption Center notes that this is Serhiy Deinek.<\/p>\n<p> For the former head of the State Border Guard Service checkpoint department \u2013 UAH 2 million bail.<\/p>\n<p> Both suspects have been charged with relevant procedural duties, including:<\/p>\n<p> &#8211; to appear before the investigator, prosecutor and court upon first request<br \/> &#8211; not to leave the territory of Ukraine without the permission of the investigator, prosecutor or court<br \/> &#8211; notify the investigator, prosecutor and court about a change in their place of residence and work<br \/> &#8211; refrain from communicating with the suspects in these criminal proceedings, witnesses and any other persons regarding the circumstances set forth in the suspicion<br \/> &#8211; leave your passport(s) for travel abroad, other documents giving the right to leave Ukraine and enter Ukraine, in storage at the relevant state authorities<\/p>\n<p> The term of office is until March 30, 2026.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, NABU and SAPO exposed a former top official and a current employee of the State Border Service of Ukraine for <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nabu-i-sap-vykryly-masshtabnu-koruptsiynu-skhemu-v-dpsu-khabari-za-vyizd-do-yes\/\">systematically receiving illegal benefits for facilitating the unhindered crossing of the state border.<\/a><\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Twitter<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Instagram<\/a> .<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Supreme Court of Ukraine has imposed a preventive measure on former top officials of the State Border Service of Ukraine.
