All districts of Kyiv are currently without water supply due to a power system failure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by the press service<\/a> of Kyivvodokanal.<\/p>\n

“At the moment, energy workers, together with Kyivvodokanal specialists, are working in an intensified mode to restore power supply to water and sewerage facilities as soon as possible and restore water supply to Kyiv residents,” the report says.<\/p>\n

Further information on the further development of the situation and the timing of the restoration of services will be provided later.<\/p>\n

It should be noted that on January 31, a system failure occurred in the Ukrainian power system, which left a significant part of Ukraine without electricity.<\/a><\/p>\n

In particular, in Kyiv, train traffic and escalators were temporarily suspended due to a power outage in the metro<\/a> .<\/p>\n

Later, the Ministry of Energy commented on the situation and predicted that power would return to Ukrainian homes in two to three hours<\/a> .<\/p>\n
