Russian media outlets reported that Kirill Dmitriev arrived in Miami on the morning of January 31, after which he left for negotiations with representatives of the United States. According to available information, the meetings are of a working nature.<\/p>\n

Before the talks began, Dmitriev publicly confirmed his presence in the United States by posting on social media.<\/p>\n
