The defense ministers of Ukraine and Sweden discussed the possible transfer of Meteor aircraft missiles, as well as the supply of Gripen fighter jets – weapons carriers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As noted, the Meteor is a long-range air-to-air missile. This weapon can hit targets at a distance of more than 200 kilometers.<\/span><\/p>\n

Compared to conventional cruise missiles, the Meteor has a much larger \u201cno-evasion zone,\u201d which significantly increases the chances of destroying an enemy target.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, the defense ministers of Ukraine and Sweden discussed the formation of one of the largest security assistance packages<\/a> , which includes strengthening air defense, electronic warfare, and the development of defense capabilities.<\/p>\n
