Negotiations between delegations from Ukraine, the United States, and the Russian Federation, which begin on Tuesday, February 4, in the United Arab Emirates, have the potential to be more successful than previously predicted.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The publication does not specify the details of possible agreements, but notes that the tone of the negotiations may be less confrontational than expected the day before.<\/p>\n

The day before, it became known that the Kremlin leader’s special representative, Kirill Dmitriev, began negotiations with the American delegation in Miami on January 31.<\/a> The meeting started at 8:00 local time, which corresponds to 15:00 Kyiv time.<\/p>\n
