The Minister emphasized that he continues to strengthen the team with effective leaders.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fedorov and Chmut have already discussed the main tasks that the defense ministry seeks to implement with the support of the AOZ and the Supervisory Board. Tracking deliveries to reduce delays between payment and actual delivery and ensure timely arrival of equipment to the military.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Building a flexible and dynamic procurement system capable of responding to the innovation cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Price reduction due to transparent competition and anti-corruption effect.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cTaras Chmut is an effective leader who, as the head of the \u201cReturn Alive\u201d Foundation, has built one of the most effective and transparent systems for supporting the Defense Forces \u2014 from working with the real needs of the front to quality control, procurement, and rapid delivery to the front.
