NPC Ukrenergo denied<\/a> information about the alleged increase in power outages and the statement that the power “may not appear at all.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

The company stated that a number of Telegram channels spread false messages, attributing them to official Ukrenergo statements. The information spread is not true.<\/p>\n

Ukrenergo confirmed that due to massive Russian attacks on electricity generation, transmission, and distribution facilities, the situation in the power system remains difficult, but controlled.<\/p>\n

Currently, hourly outage schedules are in effect in all regions of Ukraine due to capacity shortages. In some regions, emergency outages are being forced. The same situation was the previous day. <\/p>\n

The company emphasized that no significant tightening of restrictions has been introduced, and claims that power supply may not be restored do not correspond to reality.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, who headed Ukrenergo in previous years, reported on the current state of the Ukrainian power grid, which is currently operating at approximately 60% of its capacity.<\/a><\/p>\n

As a reminder, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Energy Denys Shmyhal held a working meeting with the management of NPC Ukrenergo, during which he instructed to improve energy connections between the western and eastern regions of Ukraine.<\/a><\/p>\n
