The Russian occupation army is increasing pressure on the northern part of Mirnograd, trying to accumulate heavy equipment and manpower for a further assault on the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported<\/a> by the “East” group of troops of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian military is holding back the enemy’s onslaught and has repelled 59 Russian assaults over the past 24 hours. Active operations continue in the Pokrovsko-Mirnograd agglomeration area, where the enemy is suffering significant losses.<\/p>\n

“Ukrainian units continue to control the northern part of Pokrovsk. Search and assault operations are underway and the elimination of the enemy in the city buildings. Enemy units that are trying to accumulate in the southern part of the city are being systematically targeted by fire,” the post says.<\/p>\n

Ukrainian defenders emphasize: the situation at the front remains tense, but defensive positions in key areas are being held.<\/p>\n

We remind you that 152 combat clashes were recorded on the front last day. The Russian army massively attacked the positions of the Defense Forces and settlements, using aviation, guided bombs, kamikaze drones and rocket artillery. The most intense battles continued in the Pokrovsky, Konstantinovsky and Hulyaypil directions.<\/a><\/p>\n
