In the Saltivskyi district of Kharkiv, a man attacked servicemen of the territorial recruitment and social support center with a knife during a document check. The attacker was reported suspicious, detained, and the issue of choosing a preventive measure is being resolved.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by<\/a> the Kharkiv Region Police.<\/p>\n

According to law enforcement, the incident occurred during mobilization activities to alert the population. Upon noticing the servicemen, the man began to run away, and later pulled out a knife and attacked them.<\/p>\n

As a result of the attack, two employees of the territorial recruitment and social support center received knife cuts to the head and torso, which were determined to be non-penetrating.<\/p>\n

Criminal police officers of Kharkiv District Police Department No. 2 detained the attacker. He turned out to be a 31-year-old local resident.<\/p>\n

Investigators informed the man of suspicion under Part 2 of Article 350 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which provides for liability for threats or violence against an official or citizen performing a public duty.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officers detained the suspect in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. The issue of choosing a preventive measure in the form of detention is currently being resolved.<\/p>\n

By the way, in Lviv, a 44-year-old woman opened fire on a minibus carrying two police officers and servicemen<\/a> from the Galicia-Frankivsk Territorial Center for Recruiting and Social Support.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, on January 14, in the Lviv region, a car driver committed a shooting, firing several shots at a car of representatives of the territorial procurement center.<\/a><\/p>\n
