On the night of February 9, Russian forces attacked Odessa with drone strikes, killing one man, injuring two others, and damaging residential buildings and infrastructure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to rescuers, the attack caused a fire in the city, burning two cars and a gas pipe. Despite resuscitation efforts, the man could not be saved.<\/p>\n

More than 50 rescuers and 13 pieces of equipment were involved in the elimination of the consequences of the attack. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service also worked at the scene of the attacks.<\/p>\n

The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleg Kiper, reported<\/a> that the Russian army carried out a massive drone strike on Odessa and the region, as a result of which residential buildings were damaged.<\/p>\n

“A residential building was damaged in Odessa. Unfortunately, one person died and two others were injured,” said Oleg Kiper.<\/p>\n

According to him, one of the drones hit the roof of a high-rise building, causing a fire and damaging a gas pipe. Cars also caught fire, and the facades and glazing of several buildings were damaged.<\/p>\n

Oleg Kiper noted that rescuers extinguished the fire, and emergency and municipal services continue to work at the scene. Law enforcement agencies are documenting Russia’s war crimes against the civilian population.<\/p>\n

By the way, in the city of Bogodukhov, Kharkiv region, a woman and a child were killed and three more people were injured as a result of a Russian drone strike<\/a> . The strike occurred in a residential building, which was completely destroyed.<\/p>\n

Recall that in the Dnipropetrovsk region on February 8, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol and Synelnyk districts using FPV drones, artillery, and unmanned aerial vehicles<\/a> . As a result of the shelling, 3 women were injured, and residential buildings and infrastructure were damaged.<\/p>\n
