Today, February 9, at the Olympic Games in Italy, Ukrainian athletes will compete for victory in two disciplines – luge and ski jumping.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In total, Ukraine will be represented by four athletes on this day – two people in each discipline.<\/span><\/p>\n

The first to compete will be lugers Yulianna Tunytska and Olena Smaga. Today they will have two races in single sleds: the first at 6:00 PM, and the second a little later.<\/span><\/p>\n

In another discipline, Yevhen Marusyak and Vitaliy Kalinichenko will compete for the championship. They will compete in the main round of normal springboard jumping. Their starts are expected at 20:00 and 21:12.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is known that on February 9, leaders in five disciplines will be determined. These are alpine skiing and skating, freestyle, snowboarding, and ski jumping.<\/span><\/p>\n

It is worth noting that currently, Ukrainian athletes have not won any awards at the 2026 Olympic Games.<\/span><\/p>\n
