Ukrainians were able to complete a declaration with a doctor and update their personal data online without visiting a medical facility.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Beta testing of the patient’s office has been completed in Ukraine. The digital platform has already been tested with the participation of patients and medical professionals and is ready for full use.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The patient’s account is available to all adult Ukrainians, as well as to adolescents aged 14 to 18, provided they have their own electronic signature. Teenagers can log in to the system on their own, view their data, and with confirmed civil capacity, submit a declaration and make changes to personal information.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the patient’s personal account, it is already possible to view and update personal data in the electronic healthcare system, view current and previous declarations, search for a doctor and submit a declaration online without visiting the hospital, as well as manage access to personal data.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The Ministry of Health noted that currently personal data and declarations are displayed in the account. Access to the medical record, including tests, prescriptions, and diagnoses, will appear gradually at the next stages of the service’s development. <\/p>\n
