Pensioners who are in temporarily occupied territories or abroad risk losing their benefits if they fail to undergo physical identification and submit the necessary applications.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The fund notes that they have started sending reminders to pensioners’ personal accounts again. This concerns physical identification and submitting a notification about non-receipt of pensions or other social payments from Russia. In the absence of this data, pension accrual may be suspended.<\/p>\n

Who should check the message?<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Two categories of citizens received reminders. The first is pensioners who live on the TOT or are outside Ukraine and did not have time to undergo physical identification by the end of last year. Without this procedure, payments may be stopped.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The second category is those who have already passed identification in 2025, but have not yet notified the fund that they do not receive a pension or social benefits from the Russian Federation. The PFU urges them to do this as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

Where to check the appeal from the Pension Fund<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The message can be found in your personal account on the Pension Fund’s electronic services web portal or in the PFU mobile application. After authorization, you need to go to the message section and read the individual request.<\/p>\n

The fund emphasizes that a timely response to these notifications will avoid the suspension of pension payments. <\/p>\n
