Deputies of the Verkhovna Rada supported a bill according to which children can be evacuated without parental consent.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported<\/span><\/a> by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n

As noted, this is only possible in cases where the settlement is located in an area of active hostilities and the parents refuse the mandatory evacuation of their children.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cEvacuation to safe areas is carried out by the National Police with the subsequent transfer of children to guardianship and care authorities in safe areas,\u201d the ministry explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

Decisions on forced evacuation will be made by military administrations at the proposal of the military command and in agreement with the Coordination Headquarters for Evacuation Measures.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, there may be restrictions on entry and stay in the territories where evacuation is being carried out.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Defense Council of the Kharkiv Region has decided to forcibly evacuate families<\/a> with children from seven more villages.<\/p>\n

By the way, in the Zaporizhia region, mandatory evacuation of children together with their parents or legal representatives from five settlements has been introduced<\/a> .<\/p>\n
