In particular, Russians complained about weapons,<\/span> the Central Data Protection Office <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/CenterCounteringDisinformation\/17152\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">reported<\/span><\/a> this the day before <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Blocking Telegram logically fits into a large-scale campaign of digital repression that has been underway in the Russian Federation for a long time.
