At the January 26, 2026, hearing in the case of Colonel Roman Chervinsky, the illusion of due process appeared to give way to something far more revealing.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Chervinsky is the elite of our Ukrainian intelligence. The man who kidnapped Tsemakh and developed the operation against the &#8220;Wagnerites.&#8221; And who is trying him? &#8221; The Quarterly Shobla&#8221; by the hands of hand-me-down prosecutors and judges.<\/p>\n<p>The picture from the courtroom looks like a sentence to the system: On the one hand, Roman Chervinsky. Veterans, mothers of fallen soldiers, political prisoners, and volunteers come to support him. Those on whose shoulders Ukraine is supported. On the other hand, the Zelenskyy state, in the person of prosecutor Dmytro Khvorostyan, who hides his eyes, &#8220;blinks like Sirko from a nightshade&#8221; and snaps at people because he cannot explain why the combat officer is being extended his shameful nightly house arrest.<\/p>\n<p>The absurdity of the situation is overwhelming:<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;victim&#8221; is a phantom. The case is based on the testimony of some smuggler-provocateur who doesn&#8217;t even show up for court! He hides abroad, changes his last name, and makes up excuses. That is, the war hero is being tried based on a statement from the &#8220;six&#8221; that the SBU uses to fabricate cases.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" >\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/especially-dangerous-for-the-authorities-why-they-are-in-no-hurry-to-look-for-bakanov\/\">Especially dangerous for the authorities: why they are in no hurry to look for Bakanov<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p>Arbitrary behavior of the judge. Judge Bila Tserkivets allows himself to be conspicuously late, demonstrating contempt for the heroes in the courtroom. They don&#8217;t care about the law; they were given the command &#8220;face.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>People have a logical question that hangs in the air: why is Chervinsky under arrest, and Bakanov, who launched the FSB on Volodymyrska, is living in his pleasure? Where are the criminal cases against Reznikov for eggs for 17 hryvnias each? Where are the suspicions against Yermak for disrupting the special operation?<\/p>\n<p>Why are the authorities persecuting a patriot of Ukraine? For trying to lure a Russian pilot? No. He is being tried for knowing too much. Zelensky and Yermak personally disrupted his operations, and now they are trying to spectacularly destroy the hero so that others will be afraid to even breathe in the direction of the Office of the President.<\/p>\n<p>The fabricated case regarding the shelling of the Kanatove airfield is a cynical attempt to shift responsibility for the war from ourselves to the military and to hide the facts of the betrayal of national interests.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" data-right>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/mindichgate-and-secret-construction-is-yermak-threatened-with-suspicion-of-corruption\/\">\u201cMindichgate\u201d and secret construction: is Yermak threatened with suspicion of corruption?<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><strong>The case of Roman Chervinsky<\/strong><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On April 20, 2023, the SBU opened a case against Ukrainian military personnel who were planning to hijack a Russian plane. One of them is Roman Chervinsky, a former employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate. He became famous thanks to the so-called \u201cWagnergate.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On April 21, 2023, Chervinsky was charged with \u201cexceeding authority or official authority by a military official.\u201d According to the investigation, his unauthorized actions led to the enemy\u2019s missile attack on an airfield in the Kirovohrad region.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>On April 24, 2023, the SBU detained Chervinsky. The court arrested him.
