In the Lviv region, the bodies of a 42-year-old man and his children, aged 13 and 15, were found in one of the houses in the village of Stanislavchyk. According to preliminary information from law enforcement officers, criminal proceedings have been initiated, and all circumstances of the incident are being established.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by<\/a> the Lviv Region Police.<\/p>\n

According to law enforcement, a report of shots fired in the house was received on February 15 at around 9:25 p.m. At the scene, police found the bodies of three people with no signs of life.<\/p>\n

It was previously determined that the man used a hunting rifle against his children, after which he died. An investigative and operational group, forensic experts, and other specialized services worked at the scene.<\/p>\n

Criminal proceedings have been opened under Clauses 1, 2, Part 2, Article 115 and Part 1, Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the note “suicide”. The Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office is responsible for the procedural management.<\/p>\n

The head of the Lviv OVA, Maksym Kozytsky, reported<\/a> that as of 10:45 p.m. on February 15, the death of two children and their father was confirmed. The circumstances of the tragedy are being established, and all relevant services are working at the scene.<\/p>\n

“I am keeping the situation under personal control. I am in touch with all services and will inform about confirmed details,” said Maksym Kozytsky.<\/p>\n

According to the local children’s service, the family was described as prosperous and was not registered with social services.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that in the village of Stanislavchyk, Zolochiv district, Lviv region, on February 15, two children, ages 13 and 15, and their 42-year-old father were found shot to death.<\/a><\/p>\n
