As of 4:00 p.m. on February 16, 78 military clashes had occurred on the Russian-Ukrainian front.<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> in the construction of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 16:00.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The most intense fighting continues in the Pokrovsky direction, where the Defense Forces have already repelled 20 enemy attacks.<\/p>\n

Enemy shelling<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

From the territory of the Russian Federation, the enemy carried out artillery shelling of the areas of the settlements of Rogizno and Iskriskovshchina in the Sumy region.<\/p>\n

Situation in the directions<\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Six clashes were recorded in Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursky districts. The occupiers carried out 39 attacks on Ukrainian units and settlements, including one using multiple rocket launchers. Two battles are ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Yuzhno-Slobozhansky: The enemy has attacked five times near Vovchansk and Vovchanskie Khutory. Three clashes are ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kupyansky – one attempt at an offensive in the direction of Kurilovka, the enemy was repulsed.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Limansky: Ukrainian troops repelled seven attacks in the areas of Druzhelyubovka, Tverdokhlebove, Drobyshevoye, Stavky, and Liman.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Slavyansky – the enemy continues to carry out one offensive action in the direction of Rai-Aleksandrovka.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Kramatorsk – the Russians twice attempted to advance near Bondarnoye and Orekhovo-Vasilovka, one battle continues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Konstantinovsky \u2013 six attacks near Konstantinovka, Kleban-Byk, Pleshcheyevka, Rusiny Yar, and Sofiyivka. One clash is ongoing.<\/p>\n

Pokrovsky – since the beginning of the day, 23 assault attempts have been recorded in the areas of Rodinskoye, Krasny Liman, Pokrovsk, Kotlinoy, Udachny, and in the directions of Toretskoye, Novy Donbas, Svobodny, Shevchenko, Novoaleksandrivka, and Novopavlovka. Defense forces have already repelled 20 attacks.<\/p>\n

Aleksandrovsky: The aggressor attacked five times in the directions of Ivanovka, Alekseyevka, and Soglasie. Two battles are still ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Hulyai-Polye \u2013 Ukrainian defenders repelled 22 attacks in the areas of Dobropillya, Pryluky, Zheleznodorozhny, Hulyai-Polye, Svyatopetrivka, Zelene, and Staroukrainka. Enemy aircraft also struck Samoylovka, Novoukrainka, Kopani, Gorky, Shyroky, Volhynia, Lyubitske, and Vozdvizhovka. Eleven combat encounters are ongoing.<\/p>\n

No offensive actions have been recorded in the Orekhiv and Dnieper directions. No significant changes have occurred in other sectors of the front.<\/p>\n
