Of these, 117 vessels are part of the core of the shadow fleet, and sanctions are already in force against 96. At the beginning of the year, the number of active vessels decreased by nine units. Four new tankers also came into sight.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"520\" data-end=\"716\"> During the month, 18 ship-to-ship transshipment operations were recorded, mainly in the areas of the Seas of Japan and South China and near Malaysia. After that, the Russian oil was delivered to China.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"718\" data-end=\"955\"> From January 1 to 31, the shadow fleet exported 14.32 million tons of oil from the Russian Federation, which is 1.417 million tons less than in December. The largest number of flights &#8211; 51 &#8211; were made to China, where 4.99 million tons of raw materials were delivered, which is 0.398 million tons more than a month earlier.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1195\"> At the same time, deliveries to India decreased by 2.271 million tons &#8211; to 3.222 million tons in 29 flights. 0.904 million tons were transported to Turkey, 0.391 million tons to Syria and Georgia. Another 45 flights with 4.813 million tons of oil were made to unspecified countries.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1276\"> The largest export volumes fell to the ports of the Baltic Sea and the Far East.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1276\"> It was previously reported <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/sanktsii-b-iut-po-nafti-rf-eksport-padaie-skhovyshcha-zapovniuiutsia\/\">that Russian oil producers are facing a lack of oil storage capacity due to increased sanctions pressure from the US and EU and falling exports.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1197\" data-end=\"1276\"> As a reminder, the European Union is planning to further tighten sanctions against Russia.
