There are different approaches within Ukraine’s negotiating delegation to a possible peaceful settlement with Russia mediated by the US.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to the publication, one group, associated with the current head of the Presidential Office, Kirill Budanov, advocates for a quick conclusion of a deal under the auspices of the United States. Representatives of this wing believe that the window of opportunity for reaching agreements may soon close.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

At the same time, another part of the negotiators, which journalists associate with the influence of the former head of the President’s Office, Andriy Yermak, demonstrates a more cautious approach and does not support hasty decisions.<\/p>\n

The publication notes that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy balances between different positions within the team and has his own vision of further steps.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that Ukraine and Russia will hold a new round of negotiations in Switzerland under the mediation of the United States, but the parties are not demonstrating a willingness to compromise on key issues of ending the war.<\/a><\/p>\n

As a reminder, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a discussion at the Munich Security Conference, announced Ukraine’s readiness to organize an electoral process in the event of a two-month ceasefire.<\/a><\/p>\n
