Criminal proceedings have been opened.<\/p>\n<p> We remind you that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/vybukh-avtomobilia-v-odesi-sbu-vidkryla-spravu-za-statteiu-terakt\/\">the SBU qualifies the car explosion in the Kyivsky district of Odessa as a terrorist act<\/a> and has already opened a corresponding criminal case.<\/p>\n<p> As reported, on January 4, 2026, in the courtyard of a house on Heroiv Dnipra Street <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rankovyy-vybukh-u-kyievi-pidryv-pozashliakhovyka-vyznaly-teraktom-postrazhdav-viyskovyy\/\">in Kyiv, a car exploded while the trunk was being opened<\/a> .
