So it will be really cold outside in the coming days.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.meteo.gov.ua\/ua\/Meteorolohichni-poperedzhennya\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Ukrhydrometeorological Center.<\/p>\n<p> On Thursday, February 19, a southern cyclone has already blanketed the center and east of the country with snow. The heaviest snow cover was recorded in the Chernihiv region &#8211; up to 51 centimeters. The precipitation should stop in the afternoon, but there will be ice on the roads.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, snow is expected again on February 20 &#8211; another 3-6 centimeters. The air temperature will remain within -4&#8230;-9 degrees.<\/p>\n<p> However, the situation will change over the weekend: a Scandinavian anticyclone will arrive in Ukraine. At night, the frosts will intensify to -13\u2026-18 degrees, and during the day it will be -3\u2026-8.<\/p>\n<p> Starting February 23, forecasters predict a sharp warming and thaw.
