The average cost of chicken fillet was 211.3 hryvnias per kg, which is more than 27 hryvnias lower than the average price in January 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/index.minfin.com.ua\/ua\/markets\/wares\/prods\/meat-food\/meat\/chicken\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">the Ministry of Finance<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> According to the resource, chicken fillet in supermarkets was sold at prices from 179.9 to 235 hryvnias per kg. In particular, in &#8220;Auchan&#8221; its cost was 179.9 hryvnias per kg, in &#8220;Megamarket&#8221; &#8211; 235 hryvnias per kg, in &#8220;Novus&#8221; &#8211; 219 hryvnias per kg.<\/p>\n<p> At the end of the week, the thigh cost an average of 140.67 hryvnias per kg, which is almost 6 hryvnias cheaper than in January. In supermarkets, prices ranged from 109 to 159 hryvnias per kg: in &#8220;Novus&#8221; &#8211; 109 hryvnias, in &#8220;Megamarket&#8221; &#8211; 159 hryvnias, in &#8220;Auchan&#8221; &#8211; 154 hryvnias per kg.<\/p>\n<p> The shank was sold on average at 101.5 hryvnias per kg, which is almost 6 hryvnias lower than the January figures. At &#8220;Novus&#8221; it cost 104 hryvnias per kg, at &#8220;Megamarket&#8221; &#8211; 99 hryvnias per kg.<\/p>\n<p> Analyst of the Ukrainian Agrarian Business Club Maksym Hopka <a href=\"https:\/\/www.rbc.ua\/rus\/news\/tsini-m-yaso-ukrayini-chomu-svinina-deshevshae-1769945568.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">noted<\/a> that no significant increase in meat prices is currently expected.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The import factor is slowing down price growth,&#8221; said Maksym Hopka.<\/p>\n<p> According to him, imported products play a key role in the market, which increases supply. Further dynamics of meat prices will depend on market conditions, the balance of supply and demand, as well as import volumes.<\/p>\n<p> Hopka added that if current conditions persist, a sharp increase in prices is not expected in the near future.<\/p>\n<p> It was previously reported that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/v-ukraini-u-liutomu-podorozhchaie-khlib-naskilky-zrostut-tsiny\/\">producers in Ukraine plan to raise bread prices due to rising production costs<\/a> .
