Information about the capture of the village of Ternuvaty in Zaporizhia region by the Russians is a fake spread by the enemy.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was stated by<\/span><\/a> the commander of the 225th separate assault regiment, Oleg Shiryayev.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, Russian resources have marked the settlement as occupied, however, this information is not true.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c(Ternuvate \u2014 ed.) wasn\u2019t even occupied, they just came in, a short infiltration \u2014 and the guys beat them up,\u201d explained Shiryayev.<\/span><\/p>\n

As noted, the village is currently under the control of the Defense Forces – Ukrainian units are stationed there.<\/span><\/p>\n

At the same time, a small number of Russians may still be hiding in basements in Ternuvaty. However, counter-sabotage operations are being conducted against them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier, the Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine stated that the settlement of Ternuvaty in Zaporizhia is under the control of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/a> .<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Armed Forces of Ukraine continue counterattacks in the Southern Operational Zone, in particular in the Hulyaipil direction. The Ukrainian military has advanced in several sections of the front<\/a> and forced Russian units to retreat from their positions.<\/p>\n
