The National Bank of Ukraine is introducing modified 200-hryvnia banknotes into cash circulation starting February 25. Their reverse side features the slogan “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!”.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the National Bank of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

It is noted that the patriotic slogan is located in the upper right part of the reverse side of the banknote. All other design and security elements correspond to the 200 hryvnia banknotes of the 2019 model.<\/p>\n

From February 25, the National Bank will begin issuing modified banknotes to Ukrainian banks, collection companies, and cash processing companies to further ensure money circulation.<\/p>\n

Citizens do not need to specifically exchange the 200 hryvnia banknotes of the previous model. They remain legal tender and will be in circulation along with banknotes of previous years of production without any restrictions throughout Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The National Bank recalled that in August 2024, they began issuing modified banknotes with the slogan “Glory to Ukraine! Glory to the Heroes!” to mark the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine’s independence.<\/p>\n

As of today, the following have already been put into circulation:<\/p>\n
