On Tuesday, February 24, on the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a number of European leaders arrived in Kyiv.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The President of the European Commission wrote on her social networks: “In Kyiv for the tenth time since the start of the war. To confirm that Europe unwaveringly supports Ukraine financially, militarily and during this harsh winter.”<\/p>\n

She said she is in Kyiv on the fourth anniversary of the full-scale Russian invasion to “underscore our unwavering commitment to Ukraine’s just struggle.”<\/p>\n

“And to send a clear signal to both the Ukrainian people and the aggressor: we will not retreat until peace is restored. Peace on Ukraine’s terms,” von der Leyen emphasized.<\/p>\n

President of the European Council Costa noted that the purpose of the trip to Kyiv is “to ensure a just and lasting peace in Ukraine.”<\/p>\n

Let us remind you that today, February 24, marks four years since Russian troops launched a large-scale offensive on Ukraine.<\/a><\/p>\n
